Extremely helpful. Look it's a big chunk of plastic on your leg it sucks.. but trust me so does jail. Val and his team are extremely helpful. I don't ever plan on being in trouble but I wouldn't hesitate to call triton again thank you all.

This place has been very professional and exact. I had issues with dirty patchesthat should not have been dirty and they addressed the issue with intelligent clarification and advice that was very helpful. They show great concern for customers navigating the legal system beyond their need for profit. They are interesting and engaging staff. They have a broader vision of helping people through the legal system and demonstrated willingness to endeavor understandings that would help them help clients help themselves.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Always prompt to answer my questions and concerns about what is and is not allowed. The bracelet was wireless to charge and comfortable to wear, all things considered. The text reminders and other communications sent reached me with no issues. Online payment settings were easy to apply. You may find other cheaper options but after 259 days of being a client with TRITON I feel they are the best around Snohomish County.

Well, honestly, love is a rather strong term when discussing the particular products this company specializes in, however, I couldn't have gone to a more professional place. Val and the girls are respectful and no -nonsense, yet manage to retain a affable likeability - they really are a friendly office staff - and no question is a stupid question. They are helpful when I'm confused, calm when I am not, and their non-judgemental family-style professionalism truly impresses me. There is 24-hr accessibility with someone if you have questions, emergency, etc. as well. All in all, the service I'm receiving from them is stellar and they'd definitely be my first referral. - Kainini M

Yes being on scram sucks. However, if you have to be on it i reccomend this company. I have been on scram a little over 3 months. Due to not working i was struggling to pay my bill. As long as i was in communication with them. They worked with me and made sure I was able to stay on the device an avoid jail. Everyone there is very friendly and understanding. Good people.

At triton nobody judges you for your mishaps they're just there to help you get your life together like they have because they have faith in people like us. Great experience so far, you text and they reply almost immediately if you have a question . The quality of the product is great , easy to use , easy to charge . Got 6 months house arrest 3 months down 3 to go , I watch my toddler alot so basically just working and staying home , house arrest is actually helping me save tons of money because I can't go out or do anything lol. I didnt like the fact that I had to go on home monitoring but the staff there were very nice very professional I've heard other places it being very difficult but coming here it was easy and the workers made it a very smooth process I will recommend this place to anyone going threw the same stuff I went threw VERY PROFESIONAL
